Jones Sheriff Looks for Metal Thief | News
The Jones County Sheriff's Office is offering a $3,000 reward for anyone who can help arrest and convict a metal thief.
According to a Jones County Sheriff's Office news release, someone attempted to steal power transmission line around 8:30 p.m. last Thursday.
They entered the Mixon Power Substation on Hwy 49 near Pitts Chapel Rd.
