Jones Co. Majority Vote for Romney | Politics

Sixty-four percent of Jones County votes went to Mitt Romney in the presidential race.

Thirty-five percent of the Jones County vote went to Barack Obama.

That was 7,740 votes for Romney and 4,272 votes for Obama. 

One percent, 87 votes, of Jones Countian voters selected the third party candidate Gary Johnson on their ballots.

Nationwide, Mitt Romney had 2,054,373 votes, but 206 electoral votes. Obama won the reelection wtih 303 electoral votes.
