Daylily Explosion by the Tracks in Downtown Gray!

Daylily Explosion by the Tracks in Downtown Gray!

The Daylily Festival last weekend in Gray was fantastic! The water slide was probably the hit of the weekend, although lots of parents probably wished they could slide down it, instead of just watching the kids. Great job by all the Better Hometown Board members, including manager Heather Busby, plus all the volunteers and city/county employees.

If you didn’t make it to the festival, please drive through downtown Gray and circle through several times to take in all the flowers. In the past few days, the daylily beds along the railroad tracks have exploded into bloom! There are thousands of  blooms, plus the crepe myrtle trees are incredible.
